Graduated from Institute Paul Bocuse Singapore in 2018, Chef Joan is currently working at Nouri. Working in Nouri has been an eye-opening learning environment for her, as she has no fine dining experience and it was something that she had wanted to try. Before Nouri, she was at The Spot, working alongside Chef Boon Seng. Although for a short period of time, Chef Boon Seng groomed and guided her to be better in many ways. He is someone Chef Joan looks up to, and with his motivation, she hoped that someday she would like to be like him too.
