Executive Pastry Chef Richard Chew Teck Heng oversees all pastry production and team at Conrad Centennial Singapore. Upon graduating from National ITE where he attained an intermediate certificate in baking in 2008, Chef Richard has since amassed a decade’s worth of experience in the hospitality industry. Over the years, he has worked for several renowned international hotel brands across Singapore, where he started as a Commis and worked his way up to Assistant Pastry Chef in 2016. Through his hard work and tenacity, he secured multiple accolades within the food and beverage industry. This includes representing and attaining second overall position at the Singapore Pastry Cup in 2012. Chef Richard is fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, and English.
