A highly efficient and customer-oriented Food and Beverage Manager, Belina brings 9 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. Being a passionate foodie herself, she strongly believes that working in the food & beverage industry is not a job, but a lifestyle. With experience ranging from South Korea to Vancouver, and most recently in Singapore, Belina has proven her ability and worked her way up from waitress to Food & Beverage Manager.
Having worked in high profile restaurants such as Singapore’s Basilico & Il Cielo, Belina is now responsible for the food & beverage operations at SO/ Singapore spanning across 3 outlets and 134 hotel rooms. Operating on the assumption that if the customer comes first, then the customer will last, Belina encourages her team to make a personal connection with every guest.
