With over a decade of international experience spanning London, Paris and now Singapore, Thomas Girard is now the mastermind behind the exciting beverage program at private social club Straits Clan, where he combines his deep knowledge of cocktails and spirits with his creative eye to continue to surprise and delight guests. He started his bartending career in London in 2008 at cocktails bars Pinchito and 69 Colebrooke Row, before moving to Paris in 2012 to helm the bar at Bar Le Coq and Michelin-starred restaurant Hexagone. With his commitment to quality and creative prowess, Operation Dagger clinched the 30th place in the World's 50 Best Bars 2019. Thomas also has an amazing track record consulting and building beverage programs for bars, restaurants (Gravity, Carbón, La Mina, Apicius, Cravan) and spirits festivals (Cocktails Spirits, Viva Agave).
