Suraj is the restaurant manager at Cicheti. Armed with a diploma in music, Suraj has been determined in paving his way in the hospitality industry since he picked up his first tray.
Joining Cicheti in late 2018 as its lead bartender, responsible for developing the "others" section of the group's wine-dominated beverage menus—from the classics that make a proper Italian apertivo to the cold brew teas and juice concoctions that weekend brunches thrive on—Suraj was then given the opportunity to oversee the transition of Fynn's into Caffe Cicheti a year later. Now back at his maiden Cicheti, rejoining the team just as the circuit breaker rolled in and the pandemic whetted a nationwide appetite for pizzas, Suraj cannot seem to catch a break.⠀
But like every challenge he's been entrusted with, he executes it with his head on and heart strong, with little that can shake his cool.
