Sake Labo will offer top-notch hospitality service with food that engages the fve senses, with a dining menu that showcases Chef Angus’ bold take on Japanese and Spanish cuisines. We also work with experienced sommeliers from Epicurean Nomads to prepare a thoughtfully curated collection of sakes, ensuring that our food and drinks are in perfect harmony.
Designed by Tsukurto design firm, Sake Labo is tastefully adorned with a medley of terracotta-coloured interiors and wooden elements. It consists of a bar and mezzanine level, as well as a curved overhead ceiling above an omakase counter that adds depth and character to its overall ambience. Sake Labo is able to sit up to 60 pax.
