Wooloomooloo Steakhouse, a successful brand of the Hong Kong-based Wooloomooloo group, has landed on the shores of Singapore and established its first restaurant on the third floor of Swissotel The Stamford in mid-2012. Not unlike its parent branches in Hong Kong, it has steadily amassed its own substantial following of steak enthusiasts. Inspired by the laid-back, food-loving ethos of Australia, Wooloomooloo Steakhouse derives its name from a bayside town along the Sydney Harbour and promises a memorable dining experience with its premium steak selection, Australian-inspired offerings, as well as its impressive range of wines and cocktails. The restaurant’s ambience presents a combination of class and ease, arrayed with elegant wood furnishings and leather upholstered seats, and ends in an open theatre kitchen concept which showcases the hustle of the culinary team during their expert meal preparations for guests. Additionally, the stylish 6,300sq ft of wining and dining space is shielded by expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows that look out to beautiful greenery lining Stamford Road.
