Overall it was a fruitful learning journey for me to witness the finest of Switzerland in the Food and Beverage hospitality Industry. From the Classic, to One Michelin Star experience and not forgetting the beautiful wines of Valais. The take away is all about attitude and passion that had been in possession in all the service ambassador in Switzerland that had put them up there in their service standards. They are well-groomed, knowledgeable, service oriented, polite and friendly to all that will give a five-star sensation. I had learned many restaurant setup and cost management processes, new ingredients and product during my attachment. I had input in many information during the wineries visit in the wine making processes as well as the sales and marketing technique that they apply in Switzerland.
