Application Requirements:

• Guidelines:
  1. Each application is for one scholarship category only.
  2. These scholarships are open to current students and graduates of food and beverage / culinary-related courses or individuals who are currently working in the food and beverage industry.
  3. Applicants must be between 18 and 28 years of age.
  4. Applicants must have a minimum of 120 hours of commercial food and beverage related experience. This includes internship experiences. Interested applicants who are currently in National Service may also apply.
  5. Application form must be completed along with a recent passport size photograph. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  6. Two letters of reference from food and beverage / culinary trade professionals (lecturers included) with the referees' contact details are required.
  7. All applicants who submit their completed application form together with all required supporting documents in good order will automatically qualify to sit for the written assessment.
  8. Please note that the dates of the scholarship assessments and interviews may be subjected to change.

Date of application for Awards Of Excellence Scholarships will commence on 19th October 2009.
