The talented and celebrated chef has over 21 years of experience, worked his way up from a 2nd Cutter in a Chinese Kitchen, and garnered many prestigious awards in the course of his career. Bing Ngen is known to his apprentices as a humble mentor who taught through encouragement and inspirations.
