Chef Jane has some 25 years of experience in the pastry & baking industry. Having gone through extensive training in France, Switzerland, and Austria, the former Executive Pastry Chef of Mandarin Oriental has represented Singapore in 1990, 1993, 1999 and 2001 in various regional and international pastry competitions, bagging several gold medals along the way. She is described by her apprentices to be very positive and a good role model, and they are impressed with her ability to keep all her staff despite tough business conditions.
