Rachel Aw, La Strada, Les Amis Group

Beginning her career in living and breathing wine during an attachment stint during the Raffles Hotel Singapore annual Food & Wine Experience in 2004, Rachel Aw soon proved she had what it took to truly understand each wine and to be able to communicate it’s characteristics to guests. Also a recipient of the Bodegas Torres Wine Scholarship in 2007, Aw today oversees La Strada’s wine programme and wine list. Keen to own her own wine hub where people can be educated about the essence of wines, Aw is indeed one of the rising stars in the local F&B industry to look out for.
