Bar of the Year Finalist

At a location reminiscent of the glamourous Monaco and the French Riviera, Privé Waterfront Bar exudes a certain uniqueness in its irresistible combination of spectacular views, savoury ‘small plates’ items, refreshing drinks and good music. In August 2008 an extensive new cocktail menu was launched featuring 30 unique cocktails by mixologist, Zachariah Elias. The waterfront bar also holds ‘mojito Fridays’, a weekly event featuring a brand new mojito on promotion. Favourite mixes include a peanut butter chocolate martini and a blackberry lychee mojito.
