Zen Ong Yan Chen Julien Bompard at Ascott Raffles Place
Currently on WSQ apprenticeship to Julien Bompard restaurant, 27-year-old Zen has only a GCE 'N'-level Certificate. He spent close to two years helping to run his family-owned seafood restaurants. Realising the need to upgrade his skills, Zen underwent Workplace Literacy / Numeracy (WPLN) and managed to secure a trainee position at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy.
