Jayandran Ramasamy, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore
With his experience in the F&B industry spanning some 21 years, Jayandran Ramasamy’s illustrious career in the banquet department of many of the top hotels in Singapore have allowed him to reach his position of a banquet operations manager of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore. Since 2006, Ramasamy has been in-charge of the day-to-day operation of every aspect of the banquet department, spearheading developmental plans and ensuring that key events run without glitches. At the helm of banquet operations, Ramasamy is also responsible for the recruitment, training and enrichment of staff, tasked with bringing the department to new heights.
