Jason Tan Julien Bompard at, Ascott Raffles Place
Since his graduation from SHATEC over six years ago, Chef Jason has worked in various hotels and restaurants to his current position as the Chef de Cuisine at Julien Bompard in Ascott Raffles Place. Jason represented Singapore and emerged winner for the Bocuse d´Or Asia selection in 2008. He also won the bronze trophy and represented Asia to participate in the Bocuse d´Or Concours Mondial de la Cuisine Finals early this year. His apprentices found Jason to be very dynamic in his work, but yet always patient when it comes to mentoring.
