His commitment and passion for culinary excellence has been recognised with numerous other award and accolades, including winning the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence Executive Chef of the Year in 2004. Continuously outdoing himself as the executive chef of Grand Hyatt Singapore, he is once again a finalist for this prestigious award.
