Alexandre Lozachmeur, Hilton Singapore
Hailing from France, Chef Alexandre Lozachmeur started his career in the culinary arts in 1997. Over the past 12 years, Chef Lozachmeur has achieved much of what many chefs can only dream of. Under the tutelage of Chef Alain Ducasse, Chef Lozachmeur allowed himself to be moulded into the chef he is today in Michelin-starred restaurants including Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée in Paris. Today, Chef Lozachmeur has brought his wealth of experience in the culinary scene into the kitchens of Hilton Singapore, serving as chef de cuisine of Harbour Grill & Oyster Bar.
