First Round
(11/08/2002 - 7/10/2002)
Nomination forms are sent out to 250 selected professionals
to nominate for the various categories.
Evaluation
(8/10/2002 - 13/10/2002)
Nominations are collected and tabulated.
The top five ranking nominees (by number of nominations)
for each category is established. These top five nominees
of each category will then proceed to the next round
of assessment
Second Round
(14/10/2002 - 28/11/2002)
Second round nomination forms, containing the top
nominees in each category, are sent out to 100 selected
jury members.
Evaluation
(29/11/2002 - 19/12/2002)
Nominations are collected and tabulated.
Three highest-ranking nominees (by number of nominations)
for each category is established. These top three
nominees of each category will then proceed to the
next round of assessment.
Final Round
(20/12/2002 - 16/01/2002)
The top three nominees are named as finalists.
These finalists will be assessed again by a panel
of 50 selected jurors to decide on a winner. Results
will be submitted to an independent auditor for verification.
Evaluation
(17/12/2002 - 06/02/2003)
Auditors will verify the score of each finalist. The
highest scoring finalist in each category will be
the Award Recipient.
Press Conference
(15/01/2003)
Finalists for each category will be announced at the
Awards of Excellence 2003 press conference.
Award Presentation
(30/03/2003)
The highest scoring finalists in each category will
be the Award Recipients.
Regional Categories
First Round
(01/09/2002 - 09/11/2002)
Nomination forms are sent out to selected jury members
in each of the 5 countries to nominate for each of
the Award Categories.
Evaluation
(10/11/2002 - 30/11/2002)
Nominations are collected and tabulated. 5 nominees
will be short listed and named as finalists. These
finalists will then proceed to the next round of assessment.
Second Round
(01/12/2002 - 04/01/2003)
A select panel of jury members in each of the 5 countries
will assess the 5 finalists in each category to select
a Grand Award Recipient. Results will be submitted
to an independent auditor for verification.
Evaluation
(05/01/2003 - 25/01/2003)
Auditors will verify the score of each finalist to
decide on the Grand Award Recipient.
Press Conference
(15/01/2003)
The 5 finalists will be announced at a press conference
Awards Presentation
(30/03/3003)
The Grand Award Recipient will be revealed at the
Awards Presentation
