mezza9, Grand Hyatt

mezza9 presents an exciting concept as the first of its kind in Asia. It embodies nine different dining and entertainment experiences, such as Western grill, traditional Chinese steam basket and the Japanese yakitori grill in one single venue. Most striking of all is the floor plan, with its judicious use of timber, glass and lighting. The cleverly planned layout ensures that one area's activity does not intrude the others - a true reflection of the sleek, sophisticated aspect of the globe-trotting diner.

Au Jardin Les Amis

Haute French cuisine situated in the lush greenery of Singapore's Botanical Gardens is the winning formula of Au Jardin Les Amis. It has been admitted into the Asian Fine Dining Hall of Fame by Restaurants Asia in 2000, named as one of Singapore's Top Restaurants by Wine & Dine and was the Christofle New Restaurant of the Year at the WGS Awards of Excellence 2001, amongst other prestigious acknowledgements.
