1994, Christopher Conway, of British nationality, graduated
from the University of Ulster at Jordenstown with BA (Honours)
in Hospitality Management. As a fresh graduate, he began as
a guest relations officer at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Six years
and five promotions later, he reached the managerial post of
JJ's, the hotel's entertainment centre. Now, as the operations
manager for mezza9 at Grand Hyatt Singapore, he is responsible
for developing and polishing its highly successful and renowned
concept. |

restaurant manager and one of the four owners of Senso, Stephane
Colleoni has a rich knowledge of the local restaurant scene.
Confident and with a firm belief in service, Colleoni sees to
it that the highest level of service is maintained in Senso.
His wealth of experience includes working as the manager of
Duplex restaurant in Paris and Premier Maitre d'Hotel at Ristorante
Bice Paris, at Hotel Balzac, as well as Savoy Hotel in London.
Having worked in Europe, he is fluent in French, Italian, Spanish
and English.

Goh was a member of the pioneer team that reopened the Raffles
Hotel. Under his prudent management, Doc Cheng's attained the
Singapore Best Restaurant Award from 1998-2000 from Singapore
Tatler. Goh has also been nominated for the Singapore Tourism
Board (STB) Tourism Host of the Year in 2000 and 2001, and was
a finalist in the Restaurant Manager of the Year category at
the WGS Awards of Excellence 2001. |

industry. He has ten years of working experience in the food
& beverage industry of Australia where he initiated, conceptualised
and steered multiple marketing and public relation schemes for
restaurants such as Oriental Restaurant at Hayman Island Resort
Hotel and Flower Lounge Chinese Restaurant.
