Saint Pierre is one of the few top restaurants in the local fine dining scene with modern French cuisine that evokes the height of senses in feasting. Under the direction of Executive Chef Emmanuel Stroobant, the menus have been painstakingly created to reflect aspects of spring, summer, autumn and winter. Since its opening two years ago, Saint Pierre has been best known for its delectable and sumptuous foie gras creations. This year, the restaurant won two Wine & Dine awards, namely for the Best New Restaurant and for having the Most Innovative Menu.

Senso Ristorante and Bar

Appealing to senses is what Senso strives to do. It has been making waves in the local restaurant scene since it started, with Chef Diego Chiarini's neo-classical Italian cuisine. Chiarini, who is of Italian origin, has worked extensively in Europe and Asia and is known for his passion for his native cuisine. Featuring most of Italy's regional dishes in about 30 dishes of starters, pastas and main courses, the restaurant has been recognised as one of Singapore's Best Restaurants by Singapore Tatler and Singapore's Top Restaurants by Wine & Dine in 2002.
